A.Where is the festival?The festival takes place at Temple Island Meadows, Remenham Farm, Remenham Near Henley on Thames Oxon, RG9 3DB

A.When is the festival?The 2010 festival will take place on the weekend of August 20-22.

A.How do I get there?By Road:
From M4 Junction 8/9
Leave the M4 at Junction 8/9. Take the A404 (M) towards ‘Henley and Marlow”. Leave the A404 at the second junction signposted ‘Henley and A4130’. Turn left at the give way and go straight over the roundabout, again signposted Henley.IMPORTANT TRAFFIC NOTICE:
ON SATURDAY AND SUNDAY THE A404M IS SHUT FROM JUNCTION 8/9 OF THE M4 TO THE JUNCTION WITH THE A4. DIVERSIONS WILL BE IN PLACE, HOWEVER IF YOU CAN YOU ARE WELL ADVISED TO TRY AND AVOID THE AREA.
IF YOU’RE COMING FROM LONDON THEN TAKE THE M40 RATHER THAN THE M4, AND COME OFF AT JUNCTION 4.
From M40 Junction 4
Leave the M40 at Junction 4. Take the A404 towards Marlow. At the first roundabout go straight over signposted ‘Henley and Maidenhead’. Take the next junction signposted ‘Henley and A4130’. Turn right at roundabout signposted Henley onto the A4130.From Henley Town Centre
Go over the Henley bridge towards Maidenhead and go up the hill on the A4130. Henley can become very congested and we strongly recommend avoiding this route.A one way system will operate in and around the festival site, please follow signs from the A4130.
By Rail:
The nearest station is Henley on Thames which is approximately 1 1/2 miles from the festival site but it is a lovely walk along the riverbank.
First Great Western will be running special services for the festival. Check their website for details.
By Bus:
Buses run to Henley on Thames from Reading, High Wycombe, Wallingford, Watlington and Maidenhead
By Boat:
Hobbs of Henley will be operating a boat shuttle service from the town to the festival site.

A.Is there car parking?We have lots of on site parking which is free. Follow the signs on arrival.
Note: You cannot park by your tent. Car parks are an approximate 5 minute walk to the campsite and you cannot stay in vehicles in the car park overnight.

A.What time does the festival open?The campsite opens at 2pm on the Friday. If arriving on Friday to access the campsite you must do so by 10pm.
For weekend ticket holders The Silent Disco, Live Karaoke, Comedy, Funfair, Theme Bars, Restarants, Food Outlets and Trade Village will be open from 6:00pm.
On Saturday and Sunday, car parks for day ticket holders will open at 11:00am. The festival site opens at midday and the entertainment on the main stage starts at 2:00pm. “The time is precious I know”.

A.What time does the festival close?The campsite closes at midday on Monday.
On Friday the arena will close at approx. midnight.
On Saturday and Sunday, the entertainment on the Main Stage will finish at approx. 10.30pm. The entertainment area will remain open on both days until approx. 1am.

A.Can I camp for one night?You can camp for one night, two nights or three nights as long as you have a weekend camping ticket. The cost for camping is the same however long you stay. “Come back and stay for good this time”

A.Can I park by my tent?For safety reasons you cannot park by your tent. Campsite parking is approx 5 min walk to the campsite.

A.Are there facilities for the disabled?We have specific disabled car parks close to the arena entrance, disabled toilets on site and a disabled viewing platform. This must be pre-booked through the box office.

A.Are dogs allowed on site?No animals except guide dogs are allowed on site.

A.Can we bring our caravan / trailer tent?No, unfortunately neither caravans or trailer tents are permitted on site, however there are a number of touring caravan parks in Henley and Hurley.

A.Can I bring my own food and drink?If you are camping you can bring your own food and drink into the campsite only. No food or drink can be taken into the main festival site but don’t worry, we have lots of great food units and fun bars.
Note: No glass is allowed anywhere on site. Please decant into plastic containers.

A.Can I bring my own alcohol?You can bring your own alcohol for personal consumption into the campsite, not into the main festival site.

A.What is the V.I.P. Pass?The V.I.P. Pass gives you access to the backstage V.I.P. bar and private viewing area, as well as the V.I.P. toilets on both Saturday and Sunday.
Note: To use the V.I.P. pass, you will need to purchase a festival ticket. The V.I.P. pass does not give you access to the festival.

A.Can I bring my camera?You may bring a ‘domestic’ camera however anything deemed professional (i.e detachable lenses etc) is prohibited.
