At the 80s Rewind Festival, we like our food and drink and have confirmed a great range of food outlets and themed bars for 2010:
Arena Bars
Sited on either side of the arena and designed for a quick “grab and go” so you won’t miss your favourite band.
Theme Bars
Throughout the site there will be a range of bars to keep you hydrated over the weekend and make sure you have a “Fantastic Day”
The Black Bull – Located beside the Comedy and Live Karaoke Stage, serving a range of ales in addition to all the usual drinks.
The Cocktail Lounge and Diner – To be found in the big black and silver big top, you can enjoy waitress service bringing you a great range of cocktails and food whilst listening to some great musician performing there.
The Lavish Lounge – The stylish Lavish Lounge provides a funky, chill out bar in the riverside area.
Pimms Double Decker Bus – In the riverside area. The converted Routemaster bus will have the perfect Pimms on tap all day.
Glorious Food
We’ll be catering for all tastes at this year’s festival with a great range of food units on site. Confirmed so far:
PizzaExpress goes outdoors – come and see us for delicious freshly baked pizzas and our famous dough balls. Located in the riverside area.
Basilica – Freshly cooked, locally sourced Mediterranean dishes to enjoy throughout the day.
Chunky Chips, Wicked Dips – We sell the finest quality chunky chips with a wide variety of homemade wicked dips.
Fine BBQ Co – Barbeque sausage, steak, chicken and lamb.
Fine Burger Co – Flippin fine burgers.
Fine Chicken Co – Rotisserie chicken, burgers and more.
Harbour Seafoods – A family run business specialising in a wide variety of seafood.
Market St. Chippy – Fish and chips.
Pan.De.Mania Pizza – We specialise in whole 10’’ pizzas, freshly prepared on site, hand rolled, topped to order and baked in our Italian Wood Fired Oven. Our own recipe dough and sauce are made from 100% organic ingredients and we use quality cheeses and toppings including homegrown vegetables and herbs.
Salad Days – Salad Days is a healthy alternative to junk food, using locally sourced produce to create a selection of wholesome hot and cold salads.
Santa Fe Catering – Santa Fe Mexican Food caters veggie and meat burritos, nachos, chilli and tacos. We use only fresh vegetables and beans, British meats and even make our own spice mixes. Our signature dish is the real buffalo beef chilli from our herd of buffalo grazing the wild plains of Somerset.
The Furnace – Vegetarian World food Cafe, cooking fresh, organic and fairtrade produce with the very best spices.
Menu includes Fried chickpea curry, Nutty Dahl with organic basmati, Spicy baked flatbread with homemade humous, Mezze platta with hot pitta, Homemade Garden burgers, Organic espresso, Cafe Frappe, Iced orange juice. Famous Chili Chocolate Cake.
The Swallow Bakery – The Swallow Bakery – Fresh baked Cupcakes, Brownies, Barista Coffee, Tea and Organic Smoothies all sold from an iconic converted 50’s Airstream wagon. Recognised by Jamie Oliver’s magazine as ” Pretty Cupcakes that go down a treat with children and families”. Look for the big silver wagon with the giant cupcake on top.
v-dub lounge – We sell chilli with nachos & sour cream, chicken curry with chapattis, veggie chilli – all can be served with jacket potato – all homemade.
Vegeteria – Vegeteria are vegan and vegetarian caterers. Our signature dish is our homemade Falafel and houmous which is served with delicious fresh salads and authentic sauces. Our menu and stalls are designed to offer a clean, friendly and fun approach to vegetarian food and provide exciting twists on classic Mediterranean dishes.
